Does house cleaning include laundry?
If you have a washing machine and/or dryer in your home, your professional can absolutely wash and fold your laundry for you! But you need to add it as an extra during the checkout process so the professional can be sure to set aside enough time to clean your home and still have time for laundry (it will add an extra hour onto your booking

How long should a house cleaning take?

It depends entirely on the size of your house! The minimum booking length is 3 hours, but you can always request a longer booking if you need one. Depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have, our checkout process will automatically scale your booking to the recommended amount of time for a home of your size.

Can I skip or reschedule bookings?

You can reschedule any booking without penalty, so long as you do so at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled start time.

Which professional will come to my place ?

What's the difference between a Double room and a Twin room?

A Double Room has one double bed and a Twin Room has 2 single beds. If a room is called Double/Twin, it can be set up for either type. The property will do its best to accommodate your needs.

You can request an early/late check-in in several ways:

You can specify your intended check-in time while making the reservation.

You can manage your booking online to request a check-in time outside of the standard hours.

You can contact the property directly, using the contact details found in your booking confirmation.

Please note that the property cannot always accommodate this request; they will be happy to let you have your room early if there is availability, but there may be nobody to welcome you if you arrive late at night at a remote apartment. It's always best to check with the manager directly in this case, to avoid any disappointment.

Who’s watching my pet?

After you request a service, one of our pet care coordinators will meet with you to learn about your schedule and needs. They will then choose primary and back-up  sitters that they believe are a good fit for you and your pet/s. You will have the opportunity to meet with the chosen sitters either virtually or in person. If you decide that they are the right pet sitters for you, we will assign them as the primary and back-up sitter on your account. Anytime you request a service, the primary pet sitter will be the one watching your pet. If the primary sitter is unavailable the secondary sitter will take their place.

Will my sitter document my pets eating and bathroom habits?

Yes, our sitters keep daily journals recording eating and bathroom habits, exercise activity, and the mood and temperament of your pet.

When will I be charged for service?

You will not be charged until after the service has been completed.

Do you refund cancellations?

Specific cancellation policies vary by location, but if a cancellation occurs within 24-48 hours of the visit you may be charged up to 50% of the service fee. This is done to compensate the sitter for lost time as most visits are scheduled days in advance.

What is expected of the sitter?

You handle the day to day running of the home, such as collecting mail and putting out the bins. You are responsible for cleaning the house to the standard in which you found it and you may also be asked to maintain the lawns and garden, as well as any other jobs you and the owner mutually agree on.

Cancellation Policy

Cleaning Service

  • Short notice cancellation fee -

  • Cancel or reschedule 48 to 2 hours before scheduled start time - 

  • 50% of estimated cleaning fee

  • Cancel less than 2 hours before scheduled start time -

  • 100% of estimated cleaning fee

  • Missed appointment fee - Cleaner arrives for a scheduled booking, but s/he is unable to gain entry or get started -100% of estimated cleaning fee 

Payment Terms: Payment Terms: Late payments made after 7 days from due date would incur a charge in addition to the 8.5% weekly.
